78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec.
The 2019 Cabernet blend has the elegant style of a cooler vintage which allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and picking to be precise. The wine has captured the beautiful cassis of the cabernet, the velvety nature of malbec, the structure of petit verdot and wonderful violet aromas from cabernet franc. Soft natural acidity and dusty tannins mesh with the lively fruit on the palate, making the wine approachable now but with the ability to cellar for many years. Delicious and refined.
